I am so happy that you have made the decision to start your journey to better mental health.  My name is Catrece Hoult and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Alabama. I'm a wife and mother of two and my family provide daily inspiration for the work that I do.  I had over 20 years of social work experience prior to making the decision to earn my masters degree and clinical license in social work. My goal is to help individuals learn and use healthy coping skills that will not only enhance their daily lives but provide a positive example for those with whom they choose to share their lives with. Learning to thrive in the face of the unexpected road blocks that are encountered on life's journey is important for happiness and growth. I want to use my education and experience to help as many people as possible live their absolute best lives.
